Freight will be calculated on receiving your order although most items on our website have free delivery. The costs for delivery on the shadow box frames will be determined by the weight and destination of the delivery. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your payment in full and are normally received within 3 - 7 business days.
Returns Policy
If you have an issue with your Emmala By Emma product, please contact us immediately and we will strive to remedy the problem. We will gladly offer an exchange, repair or refund on items that are faulty or is not as described. We will not be responsible for any item if you change your mind. All returns are at the customers expense.
Tracking Your Order
Due the nature of my products and their fragility, Emmala By Emma ensures that all items are covered by postage and insurance. Tracking numbers will be supplied on dispatch within 2 business days of receiving your payment in full. Please contact us if there is a need to raise a claim for further instructions.
